Soft Wash Hose
For Gas Powered or 12 Volt dedicated soft wash systems, special hoses are used for the chemical solutions. Typically they are going to be lighter and more flexible than pressure washing hoses as they don’t require high-pressure ratings. They are coated inside to minimize surface friction, allowing the solution to pass through the hose easier. The lining also helps prevent the hose from breaking down when subjected to various chemicals. These hoses have low-temperature ratings and typically have a maximum pressure rating of 300-600 PSI.
- For 5-6 GPM soft wash systems, use a 1/2" Diameter Hose.
- For 7-10 GPM soft wash systems, use a 5/8" Diameter Hose
- Do not exceed 200 ft for electrical soft wash systems.
