Once you’ve completed all the steps above, it’s time to pack up. Now, it’s about reversing everything you’ve done so far, communicating with the customer, and documenting the results.

1. Take photos of the roof and the entire property after the work has been completed for liability and marketing purposes.
   
   
2. Undo and collect all property protection items.
   
   
3. Return all tools, hoses, and equipment to the service vehicle.
   
   
4. Perform a final walkthrough and explanation with the customer.
