Possible Cause |
Solution |
When trying to start the pressure washer, the engine is not turning over. |
Not getting gas |
Check to see if the motor has gas. This is either on top of the motor on in a separate tank. |
Ground or power connection |
Some motors need to be hooked to external ground and power supplies. Check these connections on the power source (typically a battery) and at the pressure washer. Vibration and chemicals can cause these connections to loosen or rust. |
Fuel lines or Fuel Filter |
If your engine is not getting fuel it will not start. Review the fuel filters and fuel lines to ensure they are intact and in good working order. |
Spark Plugs |
Check the spark plug. Recall the last time it was replaced. If it has been over 1 year, it might be time to replace it |
